These terms of use are in addition to the Terms of Use for the Real Estate Agent Directory (“Terms”) which are incorporated herein and made part of these Terms and will govern your use and access to our services, client software, websites and apps ("Services").  By using our Services, you are agreeing to the Terms, and to review our Privacy policies.  If you’re using our Services for an organization, you're agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Search Alliance is a marketing platform that enables real estate professionals to work as participants in a cooperative manner for their mutual benefit.  Participants are able to share web traffic across the network on a local, regional, and national basis creating new opportunities for brand exposure, increased website traffic, and lower cost lead generation.  

As a participant in Search Alliance or a representative of an entity that is a participant of the Search Alliance, you are a “Member” according to this agreement (or “you”).

HomeASAP may refuse service, close accounts of Members, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

You are agreeing to these Terms by signing up to Search Alliance, and by using the Services, you agree to be bound by them.

Participation Eligibility. 

Participation in the Search Alliance is limited to real estate sales professionals, who;

1. have an active real estate license,
2. are a MLS participant in good standing,
3. are approved for display of MLS IDX data,
4. agree to the Terms of Use, and;
5. provide true, complete and up to date contact information.

Term

The Term begins when you sign up to our Services and continues as long as you are Member of the Alliance. 

Acceptable Use

By using Search Alliance, you represent and warrant that you meet all the eligibility requirements and that you won’t use Search Alliance in a way that violates any federal, state or local laws or regulations.
